The Hot26 class uses simple, therapeutic exercises to mobilize and strengthen every area of the body, from head to toe, including the internal organs and systems. The same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage are practiced in every class. Hot26 Yoga is characterized by its use of stillness during and immediately following yoga postures.
