A slow-paced style of yoga that holds seated postures for longer periods of time. This class focuses on strengthening the tissues around the joints to build stability, mobility, focus and concentration. It is a very relaxing style of yoga that is often accompanied with a sound bath. Bring pillows, blankets and bolsters to accompany your practice. Our sound baths are performed using crystal singing bowls that promote deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of your inward journey. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.
