Yinyasa is a combination of Flow and Yin.  Class begins with a slow moving Flow and ends with a deep seated Yin.  Flow links postures together to create a flowing class that focuses on target areas of the body to build strength and mobilize joints.  Yin is a deep seated style of yoga that holds postures for longer periods of time.
