Learn the basics of sun salutations, warriors, and understand what flow yoga is.  This is a great class for someone who has never tried a Flow class or even for experienced yogis who would like to have a little more attention to alignment so they can improve their practice.  This class is taught in more of a workshop-type environment and will focus on breathing, alignment and understanding the Flow Yoga practice.
