34 postures and 3 breathing exercises that include warriors for hip opening and beginning arm stands to build strength for your abs and arms. This is a 90 minute intermediate class. It is recommended that you attend at least a few 26 classes before attending a 34 class so that you have a basic understanding of the beginning 26 postures.
