This class is practiced in our room temperature Yin room. A slow-paced style of yoga that holds seated postures for longer periods of time. This class focuses on strengthening the tissues around the joints to build stability, mobility, focus and concentration. it is a very relaxing style of yoga that is often accompanied with a sound bath. Bring pillows, blankets and bolsters to accompany your practice.  By reservation only.
